Mold Assessments

Mold assessments can help define and understand a mold problem and health hazard.

Mold assessments and testing may include a full IAQ assessment, inspection, moisture assessment, air sampling, and report. All information collected is confidential; reports and sample results are delivered timely.

IAQ Assessments

Indoor air quality testing includes CO, CO2, formaldehyde, temperature, and relative humidity.

We conduct Indoor Air Quality assessments in new and old construction, both residential and commercial buildings to evaluate the quality of the air you breathe. We can test for numerous gases and other indoor contaminants.

Air quality testing for volatile organic compounds can help source odors and assess health risks.

AQTS can test for VOCs, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Particulates (PM10), and Formaldehyde and numerous other gases and compounds. We can identify what you're breathing.

IAQ Assessments and Mold Clearance Testing

Thermal imagine can help find the extent of damage in the case of a water loss.

Infrared Thermal imaging has become a staple for moisture mapping and assessment after a water incursion event. Using this technology, we can find moisture and reduce the possibility of microbial growth.

Lead Assessments

Lead paint is a health hazard. Test before you renovate. It's the law.

State Certified professionals perform material sampling and clearance testing for your lead projects. We only use certified labs and provide fast turn-around times.

Mold Clearance Testing

Mold clearance testing will help reassure you that the remediation job is complete and done right.

AQTS also provides post remediation verification and clearance testing to verify that remediation work is complete. We use only AIHA accredited labs and deliver timely results.
